How do you deal with the causes of anger

You only need to look at the faces of people as they jostle their way onto ­­over-crowded trains or stew in traffic jams, to get a sense of the frustration which is all around us in today’s society. We are now more likely to have fits of road rage when driving, trolley rage in shops, parking rage in towns, phone rage when we’re connected to recorded messages and desk rage when technology or ­colleagues confuse us or let us down. In the past, many of us would have just put up with these annoyances or counted to 10, but nowadays, we’re far more likely to see red and lose our rag.
