Aging Process In Slow Motion
I’m on day four now with my glutathione test. As I mentioned last week, I was doing a trade show in a local community and became aquainted with numerous like-minded health enthusiasts. Although I trained in phyto-nutrition and medical research, I will be the 1st to admit that it is such a huge field that I do not think one can every be a master in this stuff.
With an open source research platform, the industry standard, there is simply too much information to cover for any single entity. I switched from PC to a Macbook about ten months ago to be able to maximize my efficiency in doing, analyzing research data and tabulating. Even with the fantastic benefit that Mac provides me with over anything in the PC world, I simply cannot keep up with all sorts of things. Due to that, I try to focus on the important things to me and my family. At this time of my life, it includes things that guide me to avoid disease and keeping energetic and healthy.
Those children out there – you know – the 30 year olds… who, at this moment think they’re bullet-proof, are soon going to find out the aging effects. I was once one of them. I speak from experience. But at some point it catches up on you. At 1st it could be the eyes losing some power in your early 40′s. Next it’s the aches and pains in your joints. Soon cutting the grass seems as hard as playing a hockey game used to be!
At 9 pm, you find yourself making excuses to go to bed! And when you do, you’re up four times to visit the washroom. Then 7 am comes around and you experience short changed. That was simply not enough sleep! But you get up anyway, then go to bath and dress for work. At the office, you aren’t the dynamo you used to be. You look for ways to get through the day without expending too much energy. At three in the afternoon you are ready for a nap at your desk!
As a boy or girl you usually asked, “are we there yet?” while your daddy drove the suv. Now you sit at your desk and still ask, “Are we there yet?” – but now you’re referring to quitting time! You get in your van and drive home, narrowly avoiding a couple of accidents. And at home you change into your sweats and flop on the couch. You’re exhausted. You are spent. You’re deficient in glutathione.
I notice your heads nodding while you read what could easily have been your everyday diary. If this is you, you will want to listen up. 4 days after starting to take a health supplement designed to allow my body to keep its glutathione levels high, I’m a changed man. First thing I noticed was the clarity of mind. I woke up earlier than normal within the past two days and I’ve felt good all day. I could effortlessly go for a bike ride tonight rather than dropping onto that couch.
As a trained expert in phyto-nutrition, why did I not know about glutathione before this? I will do a substantial amount of research on this stuff, and when I do, I’ll translate what I learn into each day language that brings it home for you and i. What I know until now is quite impressive indeed. I think there will be an explosion in marketing this product. It may just be the elixir of youth all of us have been searching for. What’s interesting is that it happens to be in us. It was never “out there.” We always had it, but our bodies tends to eliminate it faster as we grow older. All of that is about to change.
